NEW for 2026, a smaller Tuesday group for those that cant make Wednesday's. It’s fun, friendly, with a maximum of 6 people attending, each session. Running approx. every 4/5 weeks. Starting with a guided meditation, we cover all sorts of topics by using simple tasks to help answer your own questions or perhaps answering questions for others ? Regular tasks can be : Tarot Pendulum Colours Spiritual writing Music Psychometry Spiritual chats … and more There is a dual purpose to everything I teach. meditation is a great tool to aid anxiety, along with the tasks given in group, they all encourage mindfulness which will help reduce anxiety, stress & encourage relaxation. For those on a more spiritual path it will help to enhance your senses and deepen your understanding.
