Cancellation policy

All services are non refundable, however they can of course be rescheduled for another date or time if required.

Rescheduling your appointment is free of charge when at least 6 hours notice is provided.

Changes with less then 6 hour notice will lose 100% of the fee.

In the case of exceptional circumstances only, a 50% refund may be granted at my discretion. Please message or call to discuss.

Gift vouchers must be redeemed with 12 months of purchase.

Disclaimer must be completed before Reiki healing / training commences.

I am happy for minors to attend spiritual group aged 13+ - however they must be accompanied by a guardian ,along with a disclaimer signed along with a conversation with the guardian prior to meeting.

I am happy to provide reiki and spiritual training minors aged 13+ - however they must be accompanied by a guardian, along with a disclaimer signed along with a conversation with the guardian prior to meeting.
