Reiki I Attunement

Would you like to learn how to channel Reiki energy ? Level I is all about healing the self, a peaceful day learning the history of Usui reiki understanding the flow, being guided through the principles and practicing your hand positions, to enable you to perform reiki on yourself. Towards the end of your day, receiving your first attunement. Lunch, refreshments, Usui Reiki manual and certificate provided. In keeping with traditional Reiki, the group session will incorporate no more than 3 people to keep it intimate and meaningful. The group session is for people who are happy to share the session, with other like minded people , if you book and you are the only person present, the price remains the same . If you prefer a solo experience please choose the one to one session. Part of my Reiki Master responsibilities requires me to chat with you, prior to meeting to discuss your reasonings for wishing to start your reiki journey, i can then also talk you through what to expect on the day. Reiki attunements take place on Saturday or Sundays, with occasional mid week days & Bank Holiday dates offered. Thank you
