30 Minute Reiki Healing

Service Description

30 Minute Reiki healing session, embracing the deep calm and relaxation that reiki offers. 1 hour is the full recommended treatment, initially 3 sessions are suggested, followed by a minimum of twice yearly tops ups thereafter. 30 minutes is designed for a taster session, if you've never had reiki with myself and also perfect for those that may struggle with relaxation. I started my reiki journey in 2012 and offered reiki on a mobile basis until 2024. 2025 saw the opening of my garden room. Relaxing music plays in a dimly lit room, with eyes closed, laying on a couch under a comforting blanket (or sitting if preferred). Experiencing the warmth from my hands as they hover above, feeling the calming and balancing benefits that reiki energy provides. My reiki space is set in my peaceful garden room in Bishops Waltham, a beautiful medieval town nestled with in the South Downs.
